Terms & Conditions- WOW Balloons



  • Privacy Policy –  “We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
  • We will write to you outlining our discussion. We then await your confirmation.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required once confirmed, as we purchase the major items as soon as the booking is made, this ensures that we have most of your items for your party.  Pls see cancellation terms below.
  • CANCELLATION 
  • If your event is cancelled within 6 months of the booking then a full refund would apply. 
  • If your event is cancelled from 3 to 6 months then the balance over the 25% would be refunded.
  • If your event is cancelled within 3 months of the event then monies paid would not be refunded unless we were able to fill the booking with an additional booking as we only take on average 2 to 3 bookings a day to ensure that we allow the time required to decorate your event without due rush.  
  • If your booking is cancelled from 3 months to the day before your event then we are unale to offer any refunds. 
  • REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED GOODS 
  • All goods reported as damaged should be returned to WOW Balloons so we can investigate the problem -   At a venue picture are taken of the final decor for reference -  once we leave the venue then we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage caused by a 3rd party.   Also we are unable to accept liability for guests hitting the balloons/ decor or giving the balloons / decor to younger members of the event.
  • All Foil and Deco Bubbles are inflated the day before to ensure that the balloons are not faulty -   all collections are bagged and must NOT be left in a hot car or in the car overnight due to the flucuation in temperature -  Helium decor inflates and decreases with the temperature and as such may cause the balloons to pop.   So please ensure that once collected the balloons are unloaded at the venue straight away. 
  • All refunds are refunded either through Paypal or direct into your bank depending on how the invoice /  deposit was paid. 
  • Your Consumer Rights are as follows :-   
  • Satisfactory quality  Goods shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them. You should ask what a reasonable person would consider satisfactory for the goods in question.
  • Fit for purpose  The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to the retailer before you agreed to buy the goods. 
  • As described  The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase. Please note that from time to time goods received from the manufacturer may differ slightly in colour once inflated but we would do our best to inform you if we felt the difference would affect your decor . 
  • If a product is withdrawn then we shall contact you prior to the event, this can happen, albeit not often. We can then discuss an alternative.
  • Balance of payment payable 7 working days prior to the event unless otherwise arranged.
  • Cheques made payable to wow balloons.
  • Outdoor decoration - please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for bad weather, this would affect the outdoor decoration.  Please bear this in mind if requesting outdoor items.
  • We hire certain stands for your event, a deposit of £50.00 is required for heart and columns, and this is refunded once the item is returned or collected in good order. 
  • If we have to return to the venue to collect hired products then please be advised that there is a £20.00 additional charge.
  • A minimum of 2 hours is required to decorate a venue, please bear this in mind when booking your venue.
  • The full address and access details are also required along with a contact name and telephone number.
